COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

• COD orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.

• Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is strictly not allowed.

• PSYCHON reserves the right to cancel any order at any time due to unforeseen circumstances such as inventory issues, pricing errors, or system-related problems.

Paid Orders – Cancellations

• Paid orders may be cancelled within 24 to 48 hours of placement upon customer request.

• After 48 hours, cancellation requests will only be considered under exceptional circumstances and are subject to PSYCHON’s approval.

Important Notice

• Cancellation requests for paid orders must be made using the same email address or contact number provided in the billing or shipping details.

• This helps us verify ownership of the order and process the request efficiently.

Refund & Compensation Policy

• As per company policy, PSYCHON does not offer refunds in any form, including bank transfers or card reversals.

• In the case of an approved cancellation, a store coupon or online voucher equal to the paid amount will be issued.

• This voucher can be redeemed on your next online purchase at PSYCHON.
